Lane Electric offers multiple ways to make payments and manage your account. Select the option that’s right for you.

Ways to Pay

Enjoy the convenience of viewing and paying your bill online with Lane Electric’s SmartHub portal. SmartHub makes it easy to:

  • Make a payment or set up autopay
  • Receive paperless statements
  • Check your energy usage
  • Report an outage
  • Receive email and/or text alerts

You can download the app or login online. For questions related to SmartHub view our Q&A (link to be added).

No need to login, make a quick and easy one-time payment.

MoneyGram:

Use cash to pay your bill at a MoneyGram location, which includes all Walmarts and most Fred Meyers in the Eugene/ Springfield area. Make sure you have your account number and Lane Electric’s payment number: 15197. 

Have your account number handy and call 1-877-562-5503 anytime day or night.

Billing Options

Want to not think about your monthly bill? Prepay and forget about it with Pay As You Go. Charges are deducted daily from your available credit. You can check your balance and electrical usage via SmartHub, providing you with easy management of your account.

Equalize your payments and avoid surprises in your bill through Lane Electric’s Even Pay program. Through Even Pay members are billed a standard monthly payment based on average usage over the past 12-months. Payment rates are reviewed and adjusted each year.

Program enrollment is open February thru September and requires a continuous 12-month billing history.

Round your payments up and support cooperative members in need through the Member Assistance Program (MAP). Monthly donation amounts are customizable and make a significant impact. More than $46,000 has been raised by member round ups since 2014.

Lane County’s Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and LIHEAP American Rescue Plan Act programs help households at or below 60% of the area’s median income that heat with electrical, natural gas, heating oil, wood pellets, wood, or propane.
